Shop Partner Policy
1. Introduction
This Shop Partner Policy governs the registration, onboarding,
product listing, and operational responsibilities of merchants
associated with SuperX Shop.
By registering as a shop partner on the platform, merchants agree
to comply with all terms, policies, and applicable laws.
2. Merchant Registration Requirements
To become a shop partner on SuperX Shop, merchants may be required to provide:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Shop Name
- Shop Address / Pickup Location
- Exact Shop Location
- Aadhaar Card (Mandatory)
- PAN Card (Mandatory)
- GST Number (Optional)
- Trade License (Optional)
- FSSAI License (Optional where applicable)
SuperX Shop reserves the right to verify submitted information and
documents before approving merchant accounts.
3. Account Verification
Merchant accounts may remain under review until:
- Identity verification is completed
- Required documents are verified
- Business details are approved by the platform
SuperX Shop reserves the right to reject or suspend applications
without prior notice if submitted information is found to be false,
misleading, or incomplete.
4. Merchant Responsibilities
Shop partners are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate product listings
- Providing genuine and quality products
- Updating inventory regularly
- Ensuring proper packaging
- Preparing orders on time
- Maintaining hygiene and safety standards
- Following all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
5. Product Restrictions
The following products are strictly prohibited from being listed,
sold, or distributed through SuperX Shop:
- Alcoholic beverages
- Drugs or narcotic substances
- Tobacco products
- Cigarettes or vaping products
- Illegal or restricted medicines
- Weapons or hazardous materials
- Counterfeit or stolen goods
- Expired or unsafe products
- Any product prohibited under applicable laws
Violation of this policy may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent removal from the platform
- Legal action where applicable
6. Pricing & Inventory
Shop partners are responsible for:
- Correct pricing of products
- Maintaining sufficient stock
- Avoiding misleading offers or fake discounts
SuperX Shop reserves the right to remove incorrect listings or unavailable products.
7. Order Fulfillment
Merchants must:
- Accept and process orders promptly
- Ensure accurate item packing
- Avoid unnecessary delays
- Coordinate properly with delivery partners
Repeated order cancellations or delays may affect merchant account status.
8. Payments, Settlements & Online Transactions
SuperX Shop shall process online payment settlements for completed
orders approximately every day at 11:59 AM,
subject to operational processing timelines.
This includes:
- Online prepaid orders
- Eligible COD settlements converted into online payouts where applicable
In cases involving:
- Refund requests
- Failed payments
- Payment reversals
- Transaction disputes
SuperX Shop shall manage and process the applicable payment
adjustments for online transactions.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Settlement
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Online settlement may be provided where applicable
- Shop partners may alternatively request physical cash settlement
If physical cash settlement is requested:
- Settlement may take approximately 1 additional business day

A SuperX Shop representative and/or delivery partner may deliver
the cash amount to the merchant
Operational timelines may vary depending on availability and service conditions.
10. Product Responsibility & Liability
Shop partners are solely responsible for:
- Product quality
- Product authenticity
- Packaging standards
- Product safety
- Expiry validation
- Legal compliance of listed items
In cases involving:
- Defective products
- Damaged products
- Wrong products
- Expired items
- Unsafe products
- Customer complaints related to product quality
The concerned shop partner and/or delivery partner shall be held responsible.
Important Liability Notice:
SuperX Shop acts only as a technology and delivery facilitation platform
and shall not be held liable for:
product defects, product misuse, health-related issues,
product damages, merchant negligence, or delivery mishandling,
unless required under applicable laws.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
SuperX Shop reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate
merchant accounts for:
- Fraudulent activities
- Repeated customer complaints
- Fake orders
- Sale of prohibited products
- Violation of platform policies
- Misconduct or illegal activities
12. Independent Business Relationship
Shop partners operate as independent businesses and not as employees,
agents, or representatives of SuperX Shop.
13. Platform Liability Limitation
SuperX Shop operates as a platform connecting customers,
shop partners, and delivery partners.
SuperX Shop shall not be held responsible for:
- Product quality issues
- Delivery mishandling
- Merchant negligence
- Delivery partner negligence
- Damaged products
- Financial losses caused by partner misconduct
- Unauthorized or illegal activities conducted by partners
The respective shop partner and/or delivery partner shall bear
responsibility for their own operations, products,
conduct, and compliance obligations.
14. Policy Updates
SuperX Shop reserves the right to modify this policy at any time
without prior notice.
Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the platform.

contact SuperX Shop through official support channels available on the platform.
